ALEX LIVAK – Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Livak has 10 years of experience in working with public and private companies from various industries.  For the past 8 years, Mr. Livak was President and CEO of a private New York based public relations firm that dealt primarily with companies in the energy and mining sectors.   His expertise ranged from advising clients on how to best formulate a cohesive corporate message to assisting companies on their day to day business activities.

For more then six years, Mr. Livak has been a consultant for Delta Mining and Exploration and became Chief Executive Officer in March 2009.  

Mr. Livak holds a Bachelor of Science Degree from Northeastern University and a Law Degree from Brooklyn Law School. 

GARY BOYD - Director

Mr. Boyd has over 35 years of progressive management experience with multi-functional and multi-national organizations.  He was employed 15 years by Digital Equipment Corporation in various positions, such as United States Area Employee Relations Manager and Regional Human Resources Manager of Database Systems.

He co-founded Delta International Mining and Exploration, Inc. with projects in South America and The United States.  His expertise includes large-scale administrative systems in the technology, marketing, and manufacturing environments.  He has numerous achievements in organizational design, high performing work systems and cost reduction.

Over the past five years, he has been involved in real estate acquisition and development.  Projects have included the building and management of a new hotel, mobile home parks, mini-storage and the development of various rural commercial businesses.

Gary holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Western Kentucky University.

BARRY D. RAYMENT, Ph. D - Director

Dr. Rayment has 39 years experience in base and precious metals exploration, acquisition, development and production in Europe, Central/South America, the United States and countries of the former Soviet Union.  In addition to Delta Mining and Exploration Corp. he is currently also a Director of B2 Gold Corp. and of Golden Predator Royalty & Development Corp.

STEVE KAY - Director

Besides being a Director with Delta Mining and Exploration, Mr. Kay is President, Chief Executive Officer and a Director of International Minerals Corporation. He has held these roles since inception of the Company in 1993 when the Company was known as Ecuadorian Minerals Corporation. He is a geologist with over 35 years of gold exploration experience in Europe, South Africa, South America and the United States.

From 1985 to 1993, he was founder and President of GD Resources Inc., a highly successful smelter of precious metal by-products from U.S. gold mines. From 1983 to 1985, Mr. Kay worked with Amselco Exploration (BP Minerals) where he was involved in the discoveries of the Colosseum and Yellow Aster gold mines, both in California. During his 10 years with Gold Fields Mining Corporation until 1983, he was responsible for the initial drilling of the three-million ounce Mesquite gold mine in California.

He graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in geology from Swansea University in Wales, United Kingdom. Mr. Kay is currently Executive Chairman of Ventura Gold Corp. and a Director of Consolidated Puma Resources and New Dimension Resources.
