Delta Mining Listed as Pink Sheets "Current Information"

LEWISBURG, KY -- (MARKET WIRE) -- 02/05/10 -- Delta Mining & Exploration (PINKSHEETS: DMXC) received today a "Pink Sheets Current Information" rating by the widely-used Over-the-Counter quotation service upon acceptance of the Company's most recent financial statements and other requested supplemental information.

"We are pleased that current investors, potential investors and the financial community now have better access to our financial information and exploration progress," Alex Livak, Company President and CEO said.

"The Company expects to be reporting its quarterly and annual financial statements within the required period starting with its first fiscal quarter ended December 31, 2009," he added.
