Scottsdale, AZ -- (Wire Service) -- January 30, 2004 -- Online Transaction Systems, formerly ONTS is pleased to announce they have completed the acquisition of Delta International Mining and Exploration, Inc. (Nevada). A new CUSIP number 247712 10 2, symbol, OTC: DMXC and name change, Delta Mining and Exploration Corp., are all now effective.
